編集者。デザイン評論家。東京大学美学芸術学専攻卒。グラフィックデザイン、タイポグラフィ、視覚文化についての企画、編集、評論、教育に国際的に関わる。主な担当書に『作字百景』（2019年）、大原大次郎『HAND BOOK』（2023年）、白井敬尚『組版造形』（2024年、以上グラフィック社）など。企画展「もじ イメージ Graphic 展」（21_21 DESIGN SIGHT、2023-2024年）共同ディレクター。オンラインメディア『The Graphic Design Review』（JAGDA）編集長。元『アイデア』編集長。東京藝術大学非常勤講師、ミームデザイン学校講師。

Born in Niigata Prefecture in 1975. Editor, writer, lecturer. Graduated from the Department of Aesthetics and Art History, University of Tokyo. Specializes in editorial planning, editing, criticism, and education in graphic design, typography, and visual culture. Active internationally. Editor-in-Chief of The Graphic Design Review (JAGDA). Former Editor-in-Chief at Idea magazine (Seibundo Shinkosha).
